We are a Romanian
company, specialised in the production of electric and thermal energy, having
processing possibilities in two subunits, CET I – operating on hydrocarbons
with an installed power of 150 MW and CET II Iasi – a cogeneration plant operating
on hard coal and having an installed power of 100 MW. The latter power plant is equipped with 2 (two) hard
coal boilers, having high-performance parameters and 2 (two) 50 MW turbines. It
is located in Holboca, Iasi County, 8 (eight) kilometers away from the border
(eleven kilometers away from CET I Iasi). Annual net turnover, as at 31.12.2007: RON 230 340 616 , equivalent to the
Romania National Bank rate of exchange as at 31.12.2007 of RON/USD 2,4564: USD 93 771 623. Our capacity of
processing the coal with the aforesaid specification is of minimum 225.000 to
(in the cold season) and of maximum 450.000 to yearly, operating in
cogeneration according to European Directive 2004/8/EC. The storage
capacities have the appropriate technical endowments, are sized for 800.000 to
yearly and can be used for arranging stocks of local, regional and national
interest. Our developing strategies include policies regarding the association and cooperation with the suppliers/manufacturers of raw materials – coal fuels. We are available to cooperate on mid and long term, respectively for a period of 5 -10 years with manufacturers of energetic hard coal that are able to deliver coal having the enclosed technical and quality specifications. of strict necessity
